Print Logger is intended for control and auditing of printing activity. The programmonitors the print tasks on the computer to which it is installed. HSLAB Print Logger
SE`s main task is to collect the information about the sizes of printed documents/imagesand to record this information to a database for subsequent analysis.
Print Logger can also compare the size of printing with the specified quotas andprohibit it if the quotas are exceeded. This feature is optional and can be disabled. Thecollecting of the information and control over printing can be organized in three mainways:
- For the printer(s) selected
- For the user(s) selected
- For the computer selected
The above methods can be used individually or in various combinations. This allows youto choose the most appropriate method for each case. |
